Beer is Like Bread, Not Wine!
Unlike wine, beer was meant to be enjoyed fresh. In fact, beer is often called “liquid bread.” And when is the last time you went to the bakery and said “got any old bread for me?”
Bread fresh from the oven is the best it’s ever going to get. Likewise, you can taste the difference when you enjoy beer fresh from the lager tanks.
There are lots of great beers out there. But you can't get any fresher here in Charlotte than an OMB. Most beers are brewed somewhere else, shipped to a local distributor (where it sits in his warehouse for how long???? ), and are then delivered to local restaurants and bars. And for import beers, add several more weeks (or months) to that "shipping" delay. So while there are many great beers in the world, often by the time you get them they are not so great. Light, temperature, oxygen and time are all working against these poor beers as they slowly make their way to your table.
Because OMB is local, and brews weekly, we will always have a continuous stream of fresh beer coming out of our lager tanks. This beer is delivered cold immediately to your favorite local establishment.
You can’t get it any fresher.
We think you’ll agree. Fresh beer is better beer.
